Now that we have a good idea of the production times for our custom made materials, we have a firm deadline for registration. The registration deadline for the event is Wednesday, September 12. We must receive your registration payment before this date to guarantee you a complete registration packet. You may add meal plans or dorm lodging up to September 19 (payment due date).
The refund policy has been updated to reflect these later dates.
If you have a possible schedule conflict (or you just decide at the last minute!) you may register after September 12 – HOWEVER – you may not receive a full registration packet (patches, printed lanyards, other goodies). We will order a few extras which will be available first come/first serve. This is for registration only. Meal plans and dorm lodging can’t be added after September 19.
If you think you will need to register late, please contact Open Space so we can get an estimate of the possible head count.
