Refund policy

Full refunds – Please request by August 12, 2018.

Refund requests between August 12, and September 19 will be charged a fee of $20.

No refunds available after September 19, 2018.

You are welcome to transfer your registration to another person until October 19, 2018.  To transfer registration, coordinate the details yourself and contact us with the new attendee’s information.

To request a refund or transfer, please submit the form below.  This is emailed to the event admins and we will respond as quickly as possible.  For a partial refund (for lodging or meals only), please explain the details in the comment section.
