If you are undecided about the meal package, or just want to make yourself hungry this should help!  This is a preliminary menu of the catered meal package for the weekend.

Friday (Oct 26):
Dinner – Taco bar – beef, chicken, fish and mushroom tacos with rice, beans, ranchero summer salad, guacamole, pico, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream

Saturday (Oct 27)

Breakfast – Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, fruit, muffins, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal

Lunch – Soup, salad, sandwich bar: Soup (will be vegetarian), dark mixed green salad and sandwiches, cookies

Dinner – BBQ – brisket, chicken, sausage, potato salad, slaw, baked beans, green salad, onions, pickles, rolls, BBQ sauce, dessert

Sunday (Oct 28)

Breakfast – Breakfast tacos (tortillas with eggs and bacon, sausage, or potatoes), fruit, muffins, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal

Lunch – Soup, salad, sandwich bar: Soup (will be vegetarian), dark mixed green salad and sandwiches, cookies

Dinner – Roast beef with red wine gravy, pork tenderloin (or baked chicken), roasted potatoes and carrots, salad, balsamic and parmesan cauliflower, rolls and dessert

Drink bar and snacks – Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday

Tea, coffee, bottled water, snacks on Saturday and Sunday
